CAP provides advocacy services to help clients of the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) understand the rehabilitation process and to ensure that clients’ legal rights are protected as they prepare for, obtain or maintain employment.
Presenter: Michael Thomas, Senior Advocate at Disability Rights California. Michael coordinated the CAP program and has served as a CAP advocate since 2008. He has worked in the disability community for over 20 years assisting individuals with disabilities return to work.
